LisaGheelz Return Policy
If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! Items returned within 30 days of the original shipment date will be eligible for a store credit. Returns received after this date will be refused and returned to you at your expense. You can return your product for store credit.
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
- Discounted items and Custom items are final and can not be returned.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will result in a 15% FEE or ineligibility to receive store credit.
- Bodysuits and Swimsuits are FINAL SALE.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges. If an item is returned, store credit will be issued for the subtotal amount.
- If your item was damaged/incorrect upon receipt email email@example.com within 6 hours of receiving the package with photo proof. Failure to do so will result in our inability to replace your item.
- Please keep in mind that original shipping fees are NOT refundable and not applicable to your store credit.
- A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to LisaGheelz. Failure to do so may result in not being able to process your return.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID
- Choose the products you wish to exchange from your order
- Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
- Send all items back to us using the label provided
- How long it takes to receive your replacement product or store credit?
- Once items are received, new items will be shipped out in 3 - 5 days unless they are custom items.
