Shipping Policy
Please be aware that all orders are processed in 48 business hours (NOT including weekends, sales, holidays).
Orders generally ship within 2-3 business days after purchase, with the exception of custom orders. Custom orders shipping information is indicated in the description of the product.
Please note that ordering a PRE-ORDER item will result in shipping delays as the item will be available to ship at a later date. All orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. PST will begin processing on the following Monday.

*Signature is required upon delivery of all packages. Please remain up to date with your tracking updates and arrange for someone to be available to sign for your package. If USPS attempts delivery and you are not available, please report to your local USPS Office immediately to claim your package before it is returned to us.

Please note that LisaGheelz ships all international packages "Delivery Duties Unpaid." This means that all customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not charged by LisaGheelz and are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery. If the customer fails to pay these fees and the package is returned to LisaGheelz, we will not resend your package and instead issue a store credit in the amount of the subtotal of your order (not including shipping fee).
LisaGheelz is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to).
